Cody Mitchell
Cody enlisted in the Marine Corps out of high school and served our country from 2015 to 2019. He obtained his Idaho Life Producer license in March of 2021 and started working in the field immediately protecting families in the Southwest Idaho area.
Larry Brinson
Since 2016, Larry’s promise to always put customer needs first has enabled him to build lasting relationships with families. Larry in his spare time goes to high schools and does seminars with his father as a motivational speaker. A genuine, honest, kind, joyful agent are a few words to describe Larry. “Someone that cares about his community.”
Joshua Sivak
Joshua has been licensed in insurance since 2005 and has been doing Mortgage Protection since 2006. Other agencies have asked him to train their agents because of his knowledge in the insurance industry.

Tina Smith Slokan
Tina started in working in an insurance office during her senior year of high school and continued while she attended college. With almost 34 years of experience, she is an asset to have on our team as she works alongside Vance Mitchell, as his partner.
Aaron Anson
I became an Insurance Agent because I am very passionate about helping people and being of service to the community. I believe it is my responsibility as a Mortgage Protection Specialist to guide each of my clients through their inquiries and provide them with the best available products/knowledge to suit their specific needs.
Cindy Schneiderman
Cindy Schneiderman has been in the Insurance Industry since 2000. She started working with businesses helping them with their employee health insurance and then transitioned into the individual markets. Cindy helps people with their Life Insurance, Mortgage Protection, Medicare, and Retirement Accounts.
Richard Craig
Licensed in 34 States, Richard has been protecting Families for almost a decade. His unique approach and firsthand knowledge as the father to six, is his ability to work through concerns that you may have in a user-friendly fashion. When you need to reach out to someone who is there for you family when it matters the most, regardless of what stage of life you are in, Richard will be there to help.
Jesse Piliere
Jesse has over 15 years of business development and account management. Jesse began his career in life insurance before becoming a marketing representative for an auto insurance carrier. In 2016 he became Mortgage Protection Specialist. He is passionate about helping people protect one their most prized possessions – their home.
Barb Wolf
Starting in the insurance industry in 2016 she naturally gravitated towards Mortgage Protection and is in the “people business”. You will be treated like family when you work with her. She has protected hundreds of families across the country and having experience with “living benefit” death claims she can definitely be trusted to get what you pay for when the time comes!
Paul Brinson
Paul is uniquely qualified to help clients because he has made it his life mission to help provide families coverage. “I want to provide comfort to the families on one of the worst days of their lives so that their death doesn’t become an over-whelming heavy burden on their loved ones.” He believes people only get protection for one four-letter word, LOVE, it’s really that simple!
Debbie Monos
Deborah has been Protecting families since 2016 when she started working with them on their Final Expense needs. She then transitioned into the Mortgage Protection and Medicare industry in the past few years. She is considered an expert in the field of Final Expense, Mortgage Protection and Medicare. She brings a high level of expertise to her clients and works diligently with them to find a plan that meets all of their needs.

Brandon "Randy" Cover has built a career in financial services for over 25 years with an emphasis on long-term relationship building and excellent customer service. Randy is passionate about finding clients the best coverage at the best price for their needs.
Vance Mitchell
He served in the Air Force as a Medic which moved him to Idaho in 1993. He is a 2003 graduate of Boise State University with a degree in Fire Science. Vance has worked in the financial/insurance field since 2003. He then transitioned into Insurance where he works now with Mortgage Protection, Final Expense and is an expert with Retirement and Fixed Index Annuity strategy.
